I spent months dealing with lag spikes in games and stutters in RDP sessions over VPN while working from home. So I went up to the store and asked if they offered any other modems and they told me this was the only one they had to offer. They replaced it with an ES2251. Both of which have Broadcom chipsets which are much better. I've tried to look it up but can find almost no info on it (aside from the manufacturer name), nor can I find any user reviews. However, I have no idea how to setup the modem to do that.
